How likely is it that a P.O would REQUIRE that you stay at a Salvation Army shelter instead of in Camper?

Posted in Questions and Answers

if you are on probation for a simple misdemeanor in US,, and have been sleeping in vehicle in legal area , such as parking lot or camp site..can you just give them this address?

how likely (percentage chance) is it that they would REQUIRE you go to a shelter if you are "homeless" and currently jobless?

please explain reasons.

btw, which states would be more like this than others?

why and how so?

50/50… ASK YOUR PROBATION OFFICER ABOUT THIS. CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF THEY APPRECIATE HONESTY. IF SHE FINDS OUT THAT YOU ARE STAYING IN A CAMPER AND ARE HIDING THE TRUTH THAT WONT BE GOOD. (FOR SURE). MAKE A PLAN OF HOW YOU PLAN TO SHOWER, EAT AND LIVE JUST AS WELL AS YOU WOULD IN A SHELTER. MAKE A PROS AND CONS LIST. IT MAY TRULY BE UP TO THE JUDGE. NOBODY CAN REALLY ANSWER YOU QUESTION FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE JURISTICTION OF YOUR PO AND JUDGE.
